• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads;
• Negotiate rates and secure freight contracts;
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve shipment issues;
• Meet and exceed sales targets;
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Minimum six months of sales experience in the U.S. or Canadian freight market;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and in team;
• Proficiency in CRM and load board platforms is a plus;
• High-energy, goal-oriented mindset;
• Availability to work evening shifts: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
