Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from drivers and customers, providing excellent service and support.
• Monitor and track drivers' routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Investigate and resolve various complaints about services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Input data accurately into specialized software for effective operations.
• Fulfill safety-related responsibilities and comply with company policies.
• Assist in registering orders and coordinating service delivery.
