Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from drivers and customers, providing excellent service and support.
Monitor and track drivers' routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Investigate and resolve various complaints about services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Input data accurately into specialized software for effective operations.
Fulfill safety-related responsibilities and comply with company policies.
Assist in registering orders and coordinating service delivery.

What We Expect from You:

A responsible, proactive, and communicative individual.
Fluency in English is essential.
No prior experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the job!

What We Offer:

Attractive salary: earn $400 per month
A friendly and supportive atmosphere in a young, vibrant team.
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
