• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Work with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Oversee product launches, including documentation and training.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
