We are looking for a Delivery Lead with a strong Business Analyst background and excellent English communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate product vision and roadmap.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead product development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Oversee product launches, including documentation and training.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Delivery Lead/Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in BA, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.

Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
Familiarity with data analytics tools.
