- UI and Aesthetics: Created a professional design that builds patient trust. Developed personas and conducted detailed UX research. Corrected initial errors in user flow and sitemap. Collaborated with developers to implement client changes and ensure a user-friendly dashboard.
- UX Research and UI Concept: Conducted detailed user research and developed a new UI concept for a website. Performed audit analysis before and after design to identify and address issues, improving user experience and functionality.
- Cross-Selling Strategies: Implemented cross-selling by displaying complementary products to increase cart value. Defined a structured workflow for the repair portal. Conducted UX analysis for homepage and repair section, making improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
