Обязанности:

- Discussing & validating the requirements with the business process owners.
- Making a fit –gap analysis between requirements & the functionalities of the WMS.
- Project leading & managing budget, time & scope of different EDI (electronic data
interchange), reporting & labeling projects.
- Following up the development process & communicate directly with the software
developers.
- Organizing & coordinating testing with internal departments.
- Managing Change Requests
o Thorough & detailed reviewing off requested changes
o Inquiring missing information & complete the change file.
o Updating change files & follow up statuses & taking appropriate action
where needed.
o Distributing information to the correct team/person & follow up feedback.
o Preparing & reviewing documentation, user manuals optimize procedures
related to the change process.

Обязанности:

- Communication with the client's stakeholders, immersion into the business, study of
project documentation.
- Identifying, defining, & managing requirements.
- Defining business requirements, forming user stories, use cases.
- Defining functional requirements, forming development & design tasks.
- Creation of pre-mockups, business process diagrams, UML diagrams.
- Creating & keeping up project space in Confluence & backlog in Jira.
- Close interaction with the development team to ensure the correct implementation of
tasks & meet project deadlines.
- Manual testing of developed features
