Hello,
my name is Radu and I have over 8 years of combined experience in software development and project delivery, technical consultancy, and training. I'm driven by a desire to deliver maximum business value through implementing high-quality solutions by applying industry best practices pragmatically.
I'm a dynamic nature, and I'm receptive to new projects and ideas. Also, I'm open and take seriously the project management work. Besides that, in my responsability was to manages multiple aspects of assigned project, including scope, business requirements, planning and scheduling the delivery date of the release candidate, stakeholder communication and risk management to ensure achievements of the projects scope. Working in Banking/Payments Idustry gave me a lot of great experience that's why the main responsibility was to plan, develop and implement the requirements which comes from regulatory organisation and product delivery to the market.
Recently, I took the certification in Cloud technology for Microsoft Azure to be compliant to a project opportunity in the market.

At RSystems, he was in charge in planning and delivering the solution to a 3rd party company which were based in US and it has as a client a big telco from US. Our solution was meant to test the interoperability of the 4G/5G network using our internal developed tool based on Apache JMeter.
Also, he was accountable and for selling the solution to other clients.

The team scope was to analyse the requirement and to provide a technical solution designed from scratch. As a visualisation tool was used QLikView and Power BI, as a background was used IBM NETEZZA Datawarehouse.
