Responsible for the improvement of database & service support, final booking contracts in Oracle 11i.
Projects carried out:
- Quality assurance and improvement of the effectiveness of information gathering for maintenance, renewal and upgrading of support.
Target group: customers from United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
- “Unique price” project to eliminate pricing discrepancies in the booking process. Internal tools and Install Base.
- Participation in implementation of the improved invoicing system
Other duties: event management for all team-building activities. Whole department considered as a team - 36 people.
