• Demonstrating an understanding of industry regulations, standards and best practices.
• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Having a teamwork spirit, ability to prioritize tasks, and being excellent with details.
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools and platforms related to dispatching and freight management.

Role Mandate:

• Coordinating transportation services in line with customer requirements.
• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining communication with drivers, brokers, and customers alike.
• Manage unforeseen delays or complications to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Record management, including maintaining an updated log of all reefer movement and related activities.
