Freelance Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance CRM Data Administrator to support our executive search team by maintaining, optimizing, and securing our CRM database. This is a fully remote, full-time ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a flexible, independent work environment. If you have expertise in CRM systems, data hygiene, and reporting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage candidate and client records across CRM systems.
Input, clean, update, and enrich data related to candidates, clients, and prospects.
Support researchers by preparing search project data, including updating candidate pipelines and contact histories.
Deduplicate and merge records while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
Monitor workflows, tags, and automation in HubSpot to support business development efforts.
Provide administrative support during active searches, including tracking candidate communication and coordinating internal notes.
Create and maintain segmented contact lists in HubSpot for email campaigns and events.
Build targeted event invitation lists based on client, candidate, and industry data.

Requirements:

1 years of experience in CRM or data administration (executive search, recruiting, or professional services preferred).
Experience with CRM platforms is preferred, though not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, accurate data.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
