We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated Compliance Officer to join our team in the field of video surveillance.

As a Compliance Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all internal procedures related to our video surveillance systems are followed and optimized. You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the compliance and efficiency of our surveillance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of video surveillance systems to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities;
• Investigate and report any suspected violations or irregularities in surveillance practices;
• Ensure that all video surveillance operations align with internal standards and security protocols;
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures related to surveillance;
• Provide regular reports to senior management on surveillance compliance and operational efficiency;
• Participate in staff training and awareness programs on security protocols and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently;
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines;
• High level of discipline and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
