Here is what you will do:
- Offers support in managing communications.
- Provides administrative support to the Program/Delivery Manager, including:
- Monitoring and validating project timesheets (effort validation, corrections, sending timesheets to customer for approval, and confirmation follow-up).
- Supporting the invoicing process (maintaining accurate project milestones, preparing accruals, submitting milestones for payment, and tracking payment completion).
- Managing resource allocation (task creation, forecast updates) and monitoring P&L (revenue forecasting, KPI tracking).
- Overseeing ongoing project activities (ensuring PO validity and coverage, initiating PO extensions, and receipt of POs and signed SOWs).
- Assists in the recruitment process for project-related roles by coordinating with the recruitment team, arranging customer interviews, and collecting feedback.
- Ensures team members adhere to established procedures and processes.
- Understands and implements organizational project policies and procedures.
- Collaborates closely with team members.
- Tracks project activities to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitors project progress.

- Min 1 year experience in IT industry
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
