Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development – Lead the onboarding and continuous training of team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
• Operational Excellence – Learn and implement all aspects of McDonald's restaurant operations, including food safety, customer service, and team management.
• Leadership & Team Motivation – Support and guide employees to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong teaching and coaching abilities – experience in training others is a plus!
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is preferred but not required).
