Your role as a Safety Specialist will involve monitoring and managing drivers’ Hours of Service to promote safe and efficient operations. To ensure adherence to the FMCSA regulations, you will be communicating to our American drivers daily both over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Review Hours of Service (HOS) violations, coach drivers on compliance, and edit drivers' logs;
• Handle incoming safety calls and make introductory calls to drivers;
• Monitor dash cameras, and asset speed, and ensure compliance with safety policies;
• Manage welfare checks, OOS emails, and unassigned driving assignments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position would be an advantage;
• Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
• PC skills proficiency (you will work with multiple programs);
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks;
• Great interpersonal skills, customer relations, and the ability to work independently are essential competencies.
