Due to our clients’ business expansion, the HR Team is looking for an energetic colleague with a “can do” attitude who enjoys working with people and documents. As an HR Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for quick and accurate document processing and will be required to undertake all relevant processes daily to help the company operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• To develop and process all types of HR documentation (contracts, additional agreements, orders, etc.)  
• To enter employee information into the company’s internal information systems (1C, SAP Success Factors)
• To cooperate with the company’s bank on the opening of salary bank cards for employees
• To keep time records of employees/attendance control
• To prepare HR Admin reports and statistics (vacation balance, report for a health and safety specialist, etc.)
• To advise employees on labor legislation

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific profile
• Experience in HR Administration is required  
• Medium level of English (B1)
• Advance level of Romanian and Russian
• People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting  
• Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information 
• Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and a clear sense of responsibility
• Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs. 
• Strong interest in learning new things and constant motivation for self-development
