YOUR ROLE: As a Sales Manager US, you'll be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building long-lasting client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to key decision-makers using multiple channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Generate self-driven leads and develop a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Research customer needs, position Travod as a strategic solution, and craft compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Negotiate contracts, secure new clients, and onboard them successfully.
- Stay on top of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and share insights to refine our strategy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and swiftly address any client concerns.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing on the US market, ideally in a services-based industry.
- Experience in creating and nurturing a sales pipeline through prospecting, research, and outreach.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Results Orientation
- Passion for learning and adapting to new trends and market dynamics.
