YOUR ROLE: Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring account growth & customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project management) to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and upsell additional services where relevant.
- Monitor client performance, track key metrics, and proactively address challenges and ensure customer retention & growth.
- Hold regular business review meetings with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, localization technologies, and client needs to provide consultative insights.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in B2B environment.
- Able to handle clients’ requirements.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Knowledge of translation and localization processes and market.
- Experience with CRM tools.
