Sales Team is looking for a Sales Support Manager to lead retail network management, optimize partner relations, and oversee commission processes, all while enhancing efficiency and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Network Management: Manage shop locations, rental contracts, openings/closures, and repairs while optimizing the retail footprint.
• Trade marketing Leadership: Ensure compelling shop designs and decorations that align with brand campaigns and offers.
• Partner & Dealer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, handle contract negotiations, and improve partner performance.
• Commission Management: Oversee accurate calculation and payout of commissions for partners and insourced sales teams, driving continuous process improvements.
• Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales-related data to support business decisions.
• Policy Management: Regularly update and implement retail distribution policies to meet evolving market needs.
