Join Our Team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO! - Based in Lodi, Italy

Business Plane Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with the executive team and handling both business and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Communication: Screen calls, draft emails, and prioritize communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Health Management: Oversee health-related tasks, including appointments and overall well-being.
  • Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Prepare materials, attend meetings, track action items.
  • Errand Management: Handle personal errands and household tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan business and personal travel, manage documentation, and prepare expense reports.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company events and hospitality for VIPs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain connections with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work in Lodi, Italy 3-4 months per year.
  • EU Citizenship (for travel requirements)
  • Driver's License B category
  • Language Skills: English (C1-C2), Italian (B2-C2), Russian (B2-C2) would be an advantage.
  • Experience: Background in executive or personal assistance, especially in a fast-paced or international environment, is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €1200-€1500 net during a 3-month trial period.
  • Paid apartment in Lody, Italy.
  • Flexible Schedule: Standard hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Italy time, with flexibility to adjust based on CEO’s needs.
  • International Travel: Opportunity to travel globally with the CEO.
  • Expense Compensation: Support for living expenses during travels.
