Role Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s technology strategy to support continuous growth and innovation. You will work closely with the leadership team to align technology with overall business goals and ensure that the technological infrastructure supports the efficiency and security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s long-term technology strategy.
• Oversee and coordinate technical teams, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the technological infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align technology initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably as a CTO or in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of IT architectures, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Strong decision-making skills based on technical analysis and business vision.
• Experience managing technological projects and optimizing internal processes.
• A university degree in IT, software engineering, or related fields (a master’s or PhD is a plus).
• Solid understanding of current technological trends and innovations.
