We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn Direct Messaging Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by using LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and potential clients in the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in promoting our IT outstaffing services and building relationships with companies looking to scale their tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify and engage with potential clients in need of IT outstaffing services.
- Direct Messaging Strategy: Craft personalized and compelling LinkedIn messages to establish connections and introduce our IT outstaffing services to potential clients.
- Nurture Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, continuously engaging with them through LinkedIn and follow-up communication.
- Sales Development: Qualify leads, set up meetings, and guide prospects through the sales funnel, with a focus on closing deals for IT outstaffing services.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with trends in the IT industry and the specific needs of businesses to ensure relevant messaging and sales pitches.
- CRM Management: Track interactions, monitor engagement, and update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct messaging or lead generation via LinkedIn, particularly within B2B sales in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT outstaffing and tech recruitment services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging to various personas (e.g., CTOs, Hiring Managers).
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track sales activities and maintain prospect data.
