Responsibilities:

Participation in IT projects to create enterprise-level information systems;
Creating technical specifications, diagrams;
Create advanced process flowcharts;
Work with a designer for creating product prototypes;
Managing the Product Backlog;
Working tightly with the development team in sprints;
Processing tender requests and preparing technical documentation;
Managing client communication.

Skills and experience:

Experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years required;
Higher education in ICT field or a related field;
Experience in preparing tender documentation required;
Experience in participating in Agile IT projects required;
Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible solutions;
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally;
Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Professional Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred;
Spoken and written Romanian, English and Russian.
