We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the self-service mobile application projects.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of the mobile self-service application, aligned with business goals and customer needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, implementation of technical standards, management of project timelines, and delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions.
Your main activities will include

  • Provide strategic direction for the technical development of the self-service mobile application, setting technical standards and best practices for mobile platforms.
  • Design and guide the mobile app architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance to meet the growing needs of users.
  • Lead a team of mobile developers and engineers in implementing self-service features, such as account management, payment integration, usage tracking, and service activation.
  • Coordinate with product owners, project managers, UX/UI teams, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration with BSS/OSS platforms and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor the mobile app development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project milestones, managing risks, and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
  • Translate business requirements and customer feedback into actionable technical solutions, aligning them with the mobile app roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including APIs, architecture diagrams, and design patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote best practices in software engineering, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure the mobile app meets cybersecurity and data privacy standards, implementing secure coding practices and compliance protocols.
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Who are you

  • A person with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary development teams effectively.
  • Having strong technical project management skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • You are a strong problem solver with creativity in architecting technical solutions;
  • Experienced in mobile application development across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data integration.
  • Familiar with the specific challenges and opportunities of mobile-first design and development

Qualifications

  • You have graduated from University / Institute of Technology within ICT area or you have equal level of knowledge.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Expertise in mobile development frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter,) and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and system integration in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Proficient in designing and developing mobile apps, focusing on usability, performance, and security.
  • Experience with backend services integration (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase).
  • Knowledge of mobile app profile/lifecycle management/publishing processes (App Store and Google Play).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Keycloak and Min.io will be a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of mobile app analytics, crash reporting, and performance optimization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations affecting mobile apps.
