About the Role:

The Unit is a software development company focused on Sports betting, Gambling & iGaming industries, with headquarters in Ireland. Our team is delighted to have collaborated with customers from across the globe since 2017.

We're seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead a talented team with offices in Ireland, Moldova and New York. This is a pivotal role that will shape their technology strategy and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor a team of skilled engineers.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their technical needs.
Lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and explore emerging technologies.

Requirements

6+ years experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
Experience managing teams of 30+
Strong technical background, including experience with web technologies (e.g., .NET, React) and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Vendor management experience
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
A passion for technology and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
