Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of UI/ UX Designer to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management.
- Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionalities and layouts.
- Create original graphic designs, including images, GIFs, sketches, and tables, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Optimize visual assets (e.g., images, GIFs, videos) for digital platforms, ensuring fast loading times, resolution, and responsiveness.
- Design and create animations and short video clips for email and web using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness and cross-device compatibility.
- Conduct layout adjustments and improvements based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and content managers to ensure that visuals align with campaign goals and messaging.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
what we are looking for:
- University Degree
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Practical experience in working with design libraries and digital style guides.
- Experience creating animations and short video clips tailored for email and web.
- Familiarity with file formats, compression, and optimization techniques for digital platforms.
- Creative, mature, and autonomous with the ability to challenge business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize designs for the best user experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and comparable languages is an advantage.
- Fluent English
