Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Buyer.
The main objectives of the job are: purchase goods, materials and services considering price, quality and delivery, and ensure the continuity of supply.
what you will be doing:
- identify the sourcing needs, in cooperation with the internal departments
- ensure continuous supply of required services, goods or materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business
- negotiate contracts, improve prices and commercial terms with suppliers, and review opportunities to make savings using negotiation and procurement best practices, tools and methods
- assess and evaluate suppliers, undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
- coordinate the selection process, draw up and issue Request for Information or/and Quotations for the suppliers, manage in-depth preparation of negotiation: negotiation scripts, alternative scenarios
- coordinate inside the organization and with the supplier the contract drafting, negotiation and final contract validation
- prepare monthly savings reports and weekly projects status
- ensure compliance to company guidelines, sourcing policies and procedures

- relevant experience in procurement area
- strong negotiation skills
- written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- ability to work well under pressure and with short deadlines
- autonomy
- good knowledge of Excel and Business English
