Your Role:

• Act as the key point of contact for our drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, provide tailored logistics solutions
• Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
• Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and negociation skills
• Dynamic and result-oriented person
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the same position is a plus
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
