Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Data Scientist to work with our International Partners.
As a Data Scientist, you will assist in analyzing and interpreting workforce data to help optimize HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights that will drive HR strategies and improve decision-making.
what you will be doing:
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee performance, turnover rates, engagement scores, etc.
- Assist in building HR dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of key HR metrics.
- Work on employee sentiment analysis using survey data or internal communication platforms.
- Conduct data mining to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to HR stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop data-driven strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Assist in preparing presentations and data visualizations for different stakeholders.
what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English
