Requirements:

• To be Up-to-date with market rate
• Solid understanding of US trucking industry processes.
• At least 1 year in dispatching experience with Dry Van/Reefer or rail consolidation (preferably)
• English level B2+
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Own Laptop or PC

Responsibilities:

• Book loads on load boards such as DAT and freight sources  
• Maximize profitability by identifying and combining freight
• Communicate with team members for gaining best results
• Work in fast paced, multitasking environment

We offer:

• Remote Work
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT
• Salary: 500$ plus 0.5% -1.5% commission for  every  booked load ([показать номер]1000-3000 USD/month)
