YOUR ROLE: Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing client accounts;
- Look for growth opportunities via upsell, relationship development and customer service;
- Identify new business opportunities among existing clients;
- Work with the operations team to deliver an outstanding level of customer experience;
- Track customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to ensure clients’ retention;
- Hold regular business review meetings with clients.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FORTHIS ROLE:
- Proven work experience in account and relationship development;
- Advanced communication skills in English. Ability to build rapport;
- Great collaboration skills across internal teams;
