We are seeking a Head of Organic Agriculture Department for a company involved in the cultivation, processing, storage, and commercialization of crops.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing the required raw material base for processing and export
• Expanding organic cultivation areas
• Maintaining relationships with partner households
• Representing the company regionally and nationally
• Managing the team

Qualifications:

• Higher education degree in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience in agriculture; experience in organic agriculture is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian; conversational English
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 (flexible depending on field trips)
