The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. This role requires a combination of design sensibility and technical expertise to create user-centered designs that drive customer satisfaction and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user interactions.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.

UI/UX Implementation: Develop and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.

Maintain Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design language and component library to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Fluency in Romanian and English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
