Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Configuration Specialist to work with our International Partners. 

The primary focus of this role is to maximize the effectiveness of the Sprinklr Service platform to enhance customer service operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement through optimized platform utilization, streamlined processes, and the implementation of best practices and new features. 

what you will be doing: 

Analytics and Reporting: 

• Configure analytics and reporting tools within Sprinklr to provide actionable insights. 
• Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and KPIs. 
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement and service outcomes. 

Platform Configuration: 

• Configure and customize the platform based on client requirements. 
• Set up and manage dashboards, workflows, and automation  
• Ensure integration with other systems and tools used by the organization 

Optimization and Maintenance: 

• Monitor the performance and implement improvements. 
• Regularly update configurations to align with the latest features and updates. 
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance. 

Collaboration and Documentation: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices. 
• Collaborate with Sprinklr support and product teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features. 

what we are looking for: 

• Proven experience with SQL
• Proven experience with low code / no code platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 
• Experience in managing customer service platforms (for example, Sprinklr, Pega, Genesys, etc.) 
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Sprinklr Service platform and its functionalities is a big plus 
• Proven experience in customer service management, IT project management, or digital customer experience 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Understanding of programming languages 
• Strong communication skills in English as well as collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
