Responsibilities

• Book loads for assigned drivers
• Work with Semi trucks
• Negotiate price for each load with a broker / shipper
• Instruct drivers with the load info
• Fill out the agreements between brokers and carriers
• Collect proof of deliveries from drivers
• Build sustainable books of business and long-term relations with clients

Requirements

• English and Ukrainian upper-intermediate +
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong self-management and problem solving skills
• Experience as Logistics Coordinator or Brokering

Experience that will be a plus

• Sales, Customer Support, Call Center experience
• Work in logistics industry 2+ years
