We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Media Communication Specialist. If social media written communication is your passion, and you would like to work with a very dedicated team, we need your help and your ideas! What will you do?

Researching market for brands from different niches: target customers, competitors, influencers/ celebrities, relevant #hashtags
Finding potential leads & sending tailored messages to them
Conducting the conversation as the prospects reply
Inputting all data in dedicated databases
Arranging giveaways with relevant influencers
Planning and following the strategy
Reporting to supervisor

What does our employee look like?

Availability to work US hours - after 3pm MD time & answer clients on rolling basis as they message us on Instagram
English level: at least B2
Good communication skills
Basic Excel skills
Self-organization
Attention to details
Goal orientation

It will be an advantage if you have:

Social media/influencer marketing or business background
Basic knowledge about Amazon selling
Experience in customer support
