As we continue to scale, we are looking for a marketing and growth leader to architect and drive our next phase of strategic expansion.

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing, growth, and brand strategy across all Route One Group business units. This executive will report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning multi-brand marketing with overarching business objectives, scaling Route One Group’s influence in the U.S. logistics sector, and driving unified growth strategies across our companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy for all 7 business units.
• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team that supports diverse verticals under one brand ecosystem.
• Drive market expansion strategies in the U.S., targeting key segments of the trucking and logistics industry.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
• Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through personalized experiences and targeted marketing.
• Collaborate closely with business development, product and sales teams to synchronize lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion strategies.
• Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates across digital, traditional, and partner channels.
• Initiate go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including business model design and product-market fit testing.
• Foster strong partnerships and external relationships that support brand credibility and market reach.
• Manage the budget for growth initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation by establishing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated progressive experience in marketing and business growth roles.
• Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution across multiple business units. Experience as a CEO or executive of a marketing company is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in logistics, freight, transportation, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong command of market analysis, competitive strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of marketing  and sales alignment in B2C and B2B environments.
• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Romanian.
