REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, HubSpot, Confluence, etc.)
Strong team management, process coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to effectively plan, control, and evaluate task execution
Experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners
Understanding how to adapt work process
English level — Upper-Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control project timelines and ensure timely delivery of results
Maintain effective communication between developers, business teams, and partners
Manage tasks, boards, and documentation to organize workflows
Resolve team conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment
Support processes and assign responsibilities for tasks and project stages
Conduct retrospectives, planning sessions, and one-on-one meetings to improve processes and team development
