We're on the lookout for a Quant Developer to help take our clients' trading automation to the next level. In this role, you’ll be creating and fine-tuning custom trading bots that play a key part in making their strategies work even better.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and develop quantitative models and algorithms for trading digital assets
- Build and maintain automated trading bots
- Backtest and evaluate strategies using large financial datasets
- Develop infrastructure for low-latency execution
- Collaborate with traders and fellow quants on strategy development and deployment
- Explore the use of machine learning techniques to enhance performance
What we’re looking for:
- MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Quant Developer or Quantitative Researcher, preferably in proprietary trading or HFT
- Strong programming skills in Python (experience with C++ is a plus)
- Experience building trading models (crypto or FX experience is a plus)
- Skilled in modeling, data analysis, and/or machine learning
- A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bonus points for:
- Experience in crypto markets, market microstructure, or arbitrage strategies
- Knowledge of portfolio management or risk modeling
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Publications or personal projects in quant trading or machine learning
