Skilled in negotiations, time management, and seeing both the big picture and the tiny details
With 3+ years of experience in travel or a related field

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day operations (no chaos on your watch!)
Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies
Build, mentor, and motivate a results-driven team
Maintain high levels of customer service and operational control
Oversee internal processes and ensure seamless coordination across departments
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Turning ideas into action — and results
