Your Role: 

• Identify and explore new business opportunities within freight brokerage;
• Source reliable carriers, assess their capacity, and negotiate the best rates;
• Cultivate lasting relationships with both customers and carriers;
• Oversee the logistics of freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and top-notch customer service;
• Keep meticulous records of transactions and communications;

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in freight brokerage or a related role (USA & Canada)
• A strong track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
