Position Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified CDL-A drivers, dispatchers, and support staff. You’ll work closely with management to ensure our hiring strategies align with company goals while maintaining DOT compliance and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach programs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain driver files and ensure compliance with FMCSA hiring regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch and safety departments to align hiring with operational needs
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Represent the company at job fairs and industry events when applicable

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and driver qualification standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as Tenstreet, Indeed, or CDL-specific portals preferred
