Responsibilities:

• Manage creator collaborations on TikTok Shop
• Send collaboration invites, monitor invite progress, and increase affiliate sales and engagement
• Review and approve sample requests based on content quality and sales performance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Analyze sales overview reports, including GMV, gross revenue, and affiliate revenue; track sales performance by creators and products
• Adjust strategies and generate new ideas to improve results
• Communicate daily with creators, providing support and guidance
• Set up promotions and Flash Deals, monitor results, and optimize for performance
• Build and nurture communities of influencers to continuously grow affiliate revenue
• Manage TikTok Ads & Sponsored Content

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist (1+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong research skills
• Knowledge of key marketing areas, including influencer marketing, SMM, video content, and performance metrics
• Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical skills to conduct research and generate hypotheses that drive significant growth
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
