Due to our client’s business expansion, we are currently looking to fill the position of Travel Concierge Specialist. 

The Travel Concierge Specialist is responsible for analyzing, processing, and structuring large sets of data in specialized software, mostly dealing with travel clients' support and assistance in additional services.

Responsibilities: 

• To provide customers with additional services: to book hotels, to make car rentals, etc. 
• To provide personal assistance to clients in resolving any issue. 
• To advise on the extra services to travelers. 
• To care about customers' needs in travel. 
• To work with vendors and partners. 
• To make outgoing calls to the customers. 
• To solve the individual needs of each traveler.

Requirements: 

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken 
•  Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred 
•  Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently 
•  Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
•  Flexibility with shift schedules as needed
