Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Data Analytics Specialist to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze written customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, reviews, social media, and customer support interactions.
• Text Analytics Expertise: Utilize text analytics tools and techniques to analyze large volumes of unstructured data and extract actionable insights. Identify trends, patterns, and themes within customer feedback to uncover underlying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans based on findings.
• Insights Communication: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and communicate insights.

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Proven experience in text analytics, NLP and customer experience statistics.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in text analytics, such as Python, R. 
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with customer feedback data or in a customer experience-related role is a plus.
• Knowledge of sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and other text mining techniques is desirable.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qlik, ThoughtSpot or Tableau is a plus
