  • Foreign languages? Yes, it matters! – We work in a dynamic environment, connected to global markets. Advanced level of English and a middle level of Italian (minimum B1).

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and coordinating the purchasing activity of the team from ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀our Chisinau Office;
  • Providing proximity management for the acquisition team;
  • Recruiting, training, evaluation and supervision of the subordinated team;
  • Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and problem solving support;
  • Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management;
  • Motivating and propose actions to achieve the objectives/ targets, set KPI’s.
