We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and success. Your role will involve participating in the recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and making offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Requirements from you: 

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Experience negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

As an Recruiter, you will: 

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate with the managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Support light office management tasks, including overseeing supplies, coordinating meetings, etc.
