Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova Time)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure high-quality freight opportunities via load boards.
• Coordinate and manage driver dispatching for Dry Van and Reefer shipments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers and clients.
• Strategically optimize route planning and scheduling to enhance profitability.
• Consistently track loads, ensuring timely deliveries and proactively resolving any transport issues.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable dispatching experience, preferably in Dry Van and Reefer freight.
• Advanced proficiency with key load board platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Outstanding negotiation and rapid decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
• Strong organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
