R Systems is looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant based in Chisinau office to join our team.

Based in Chisinau, the ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and take an active role in overseeing our accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Your ability to handle complex financial tasks will be essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes.

Your contribution:

• Handle the recording and processing of accounts payable in 1 C (knowledge of SAP is an advantage).
• Organize and oversee intragroup reconciliation activities.
• Issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Provide support to the Chief Accountant with declarations submission and other accounting tasks.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company standards.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Provide input into department’s goal setting process
• Support month-end and year-end close process

Bring along:

• Proven accounting experience (at least 4 years), including accounts payable and receivable.
• Strong knowledge of 1 C and local legislation
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
