Role Description:

The Site General Manager will oversee the entire Moldova office, managing the Site Technological Manager (CTO), Site Art Director, and all development and design teams. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic planning, and operational coordination to optimize processes and deliver gaming projects at the highest standards while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing operations at the entire site, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and high performance.
• Coordinating and aligning the activities of the Site Technological Manager (CTO) and Site Art Director.
• Managing development, design, and creative teams to ensure timely production of games at the highest standards.
• Acting as the primary liaison between the local team and the executive leadership.
• Setting and maintaining technical, artistic, and business objectives aligned with the company's strategy.
• Promoting an organizational culture based on innovation, responsibility, and performance.
• Managing budgets, deadlines, and resource allocation to achieve production goals.
• Adapting to a dynamic environment, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work if necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in the gaming, software development, or creative industries.
• Strong experience in managing technical and artistic teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Unity-based game development, design processes, and monetization strategies.
• Strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English; availability for occasional travel.
