A US-based company is hiring in Moldova. We are looking to add a campaign manager to our team, someone who is energetic, multi-talented and above all, willing to achieve more.

What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year experience managing SEM/ PPC or similar campaigns, or equivalent business experience.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor, Social Ads, or Bing Ads Editor.
- One or more years of professional Google Ads experience, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping & Merchant Center, and Display campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of account KPI selection, measurement, and reporting.
- Ability to manipulate large Google Ads data sets in Excel with VLOOKUP/VBA.
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content development.
- Strong research abilities with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail suite
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
Technical Planning & Execution:
- Implementing tracking and analytics code
- Work with Merchant Center & Ads Accounts settings& updates
- Planning & Execution of Feeds for Google Ads
Campaign Strategy, Execution & Reporting:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns, focusing on Google Ads
- Develop bidding strategies to maximize ROI, using a mix of manual and automated bidding tactics (e.g., Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions).
- Monthly Reporting- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for the Sales and SEO team, highlighting opportunities for further optimization and scalability.
Optimization & Performance Analysis:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing for metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
Budget & Growth Management:
- Manage weekly and monthly budgets effectively, reallocating resources to high-performing campaigns.
- Consult regularly with the SEO team and Sales team to ensure that Ad strategies align with the company budget and overall marketing goals.
Staying current with Google Ads updates, Bing Ads updates, Social Ads updates, and new technologies, trends, and best practices.
Complete Google Ads Certification if not already obtained.
